All of our products ship via UPS from our production facility in Chicago, IL.

Shipments are carefully packaged to maintain product integrity.

Shipments usually go out Monday through Thursday depending on the number of business days it takes to arrive at the final destination. We may move longer distance orders received later in the week to a Monday ship date to limit the number of days in transit (specifically, to avoid excess days in transit over a weekend or holiday). 

Orders that are received before 11:00 AM CST will likely ship the same day (or next day latest) if no “ship on” date is selected.

The recipient should be expecting this shipment as we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
